Arthur H. Spiegel, III is an entrepreneur with more than 50 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Spiegel founded APM Management Consultants in 1974 and grew the firm into the nation’s largest stand-alone consulting firm dedicated to healthcare. In 1996, he sold APM to Computer Sciences Corporations (CSC) Healthcare Group, where, as President reporting to the CEO, he established and built the CSC Healthcare Group into one of the top four technology service companies in the industry. Prior to founding APM, Mr. Spiegel held top management roles in New York City’s Housing and Development and Human Resources agencies and was one of the early leaders of Accion en Venezuela (now Accion International), a corporately funded not-for-profit community development organization which has migrated into a large Fin-Tech organization serving underserved communities across the world. He has served as Chair, Co-Chair or Board Member on 14 private equity or Venture companies, mainly in health care, as well as on Advisory Boards for investment companies. He also served as President of the NY Chapter of The March of Dimes and Secretary to the National Center for Health Education. He has published in business journals including the Harvard Business Review and The Hospital Forum and has been named “One of the Most Influential Individuals in Health Care IT’ by the leading trade publication, Advance for Health Information Executives.

Mr. Spiegel holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University. Mr. Spiegel has been married to his wife, Pollock, for over 50 years. He has 4 children and 7 grandchildren
